Offseason rates

- Rs. 3300 per Cottage
Payment only through NEFT transfer(please contact for A/C details )
- family of 4 members (2adults + 2 children)
- For extra bed – no charges
- 24hrs from check in
- During off season – weekends and holidays are charged at season rate
- Accommodation does not include food
- Welcome drink ( Tea /Coffee)
- Room heaters on request Rs.250 Per day
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Strictly pets are not allowed
Mandates:
- Id Proof a must (Driving license /Pan card /Voter id /Passport )
- Without proper id proof as mentioned above can lead to rejection of Accommodation in the last minute
- 80% refund , if the cancellation is intimated in writing before 10 days
- 40 % refund , if the cancellation is intimated in writing before 5 days
- No refund will be entertained if cancelled with in 5 days from the date of arrival
